Please allow 2 working days for your order to be processed. We operate Monday-Friday, 10:00-3:00 GMT.
Expect an email within 2 working days of your order being placed to let you know your order is on the way!
Store Collection
Location: Archco Interiors 10 Rectory Lane, Loughton, Essex, IG10 2RL.
Orders can be picked up Monday to Friday 10:00 to 15:00, following the your receipt of an email confirming that your order is ready to be collected.
UK Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size/weight of your order, as well as your chosen shipping method.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
We can accept returns up to 14 days after delivery of your item, providing it is unused and in its original condition. You can expect to be refunded the full value of your purchase, alongside return shipping costs (according to our own postage costs).
