Refund policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have already passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Processing Refunds
We will send notify you by email once we have received your returned item. You will then be informed of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If your refund appears to be late or missing, kindly check your bank account again. If this fails, please contact your credit card company/bank; there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at isabella@archco.co.uk; we will resolve the issue swiftly.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We are only able to replace items if they were defective or damaged upon reciept. If you would like to to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at isabella@archco.co.uk and send your item to: Archco Interiors, 10 Rectory Lane, Loughton, Essex, IG10 2RL
Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift when purchased, you’ll receive gift credit amounting to the value of your return. A gift certificate will be mailed to you once we receive the returned item.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver. As such, they will be aware of your return.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Archco Interiors, 10 Rectory Lane, Loughton, Essex, IG10 2RL.
Shipping costs associated with the initial purchase are non-refundable. You will be responsible for associated shipping costs, but if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (according to our own shipping cost list) will be added to the value refunded.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for any exchanged products to reach you may vary. We strive to ship exchanges as quickly as possible, as we appreciate the frustration of receiving a faulty item!
If you are returning high value items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, nor can we accept liability for items that are damaged or lost in return shipping.
